CHETU WRAPS UP ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL TRAINING WEEK

Miramar, FL –December 23^rd, 2013 The Florida based software development firm Chetu Inc, concluded its annual holiday employee training week on December 23, 2013. The conference lasted for six days and involved more than a dozen keynote presentations, breakout sessions, team building activities and important announcements including the recognition of the year's top performers. It was the largest annual conference hosted by the company to date.

Chetu's training week took place in Miramar FL from December 16th to the 21st with over fifty employees in attendance including: directors, national account managers, inside sales representatives, project managers, administrative team, marketing and operations.

For 2013 the standard sales instruction was left in the hands of the international performance-based training company Dale Carnegie who delivered 8 hours of sales coaching over two days. Topics for this training included: mastering the consultative sales process, incorporating sales success traits daily, building rapport with buyers and maximizing personal branding techniques to enhance sales strategy.

Chetu’s Holiday Training Week included an offsite team building competition designed to encourage interaction and communication between all levels of the organization. This year, the Chetu family participated in a cooking competition dubbed “Iron Chef Chetu” after the popular TV show. Teams of 6-7 employees were paired with an expert chef from the Lenore Nolan-Ryan Cooking School as they worked together to prepare the best dish from the secret ingredient. The winning team was selected by a panel of three judges based on taste, presentation, and the creative use of the secret ingredient in the final dish.

The final day of the conference included a guided tour of construction site for Chetu's new Headquarters location in Plantation FL set to open officially in February 2014.
