New National Account Managers the First to Undergo Intensive Training Course

Plantation, Fla. (December 9th, 2016) -- Chetu Inc., one of the world's leading software development providers, is pleased to announce the hiring of Michael Dunbar as Corporate Sales Trainer at their headquarters located in Plantation, Fla. In this role, Mr. Dunbar will be responsible for training and onboarding new sales team members as well as providing ongoing training and support for the existing sales team. This decision to standardize an extensive training program comes in the wake of tremendous growth in 2016 and Chetu's continued global expansion by dramatically increasing the workforce.

Michael got to work right away, implementing a new 90-day training program for all incoming members of the sales team. This program starts with a 2-week workshop at the Chetu corporate offices in Plantation, followed by 10 weeks of training in the field. This week concludes the opening workshop for the first class of 7 new National Account Managers, who will soon be traveling the country, representing Chetu in their various industries.

"How to sell the idea of the services we provide has been one of the biggest distinctions," says Sean Doolan, who will be a National Account Manager in Healthcare, "Learning to sell the service as opposed to actual software, like you'd commonly see."

The first training course consists of 7 National Account Managers in the fields of Automotive/Retail, Payments, Learning Management, Healthcare, Manufacturing/Distribution, Banking/Finance, and Marketing Communications. Their 2-week workshop runs from November 26th through December 9th, before they move on to in-the-field training for the rest of the program.

The existing sales team will receive their ongoing coaching during Chetu's Company Training Week scheduled for January 9th – 13th.
