AI Usage and Ethics Policy:

In addition to the information put forth in our Privacy Policy, this section details our commitment to ethical Artificial Intelligence (AI) practices and how we use AI supportive capabilities to further enhance our business and as it applies to our site visitors.

At Chetu, we believe that AI technology must be used to enhance human intelligence and capabilities, as well as be transparent and explainable.

Chetu may use various AI supportive solutions when exchanging email and chats, during calls and meetings and other communication channels to create greater collaboration or enhance existing assistive solutions. We may use this technology to scan emails, chats, calls, and meetings (i.e. a temporary transcript during the meeting) to generate suggested replies, summaries, recaps, and insights from the conversation and/or bring related content to the conversation and similar activities.

In accordance with our privacy and GDPR policy, the processing of any personal data for the purpose of proper communication is based on our legitimate interest. Chetu will only record or transcribe audio and video recording (and similar speech-to text-technology) based on site visitor consent, regardless of the use of AI supporting technology. Site visitors are always free to leave the conversation – whenever they want and for any reason – and may exercise their rights, including the withdrawal of their consent, through the communication channels included in our privacy policy or informing the meeting organizer who is recording and/or transcribing the meeting. Such personal data will not be used to develop, train, enhance or refine AI solutions, unless we specifically inform visitors, or relevant anonymization techniques are applied. We also make it fully transparent from the outset whenever a visitor is interacting with an automated system (e.g. chat bot, automated response, or content).

Chetu may maintain the use of several AI engines including but not limited to, ChatGPT, Gemini, Llama and other proprietary AI engines from 3rd parties, as well as our own proprietary engines.

Chetu believes in the ethical use of AI, protecting any and all groups from AI bias, and the promotion of responsible advancements in AI in accordance with any current laws set forth by the governing bodies in which Chetu operates.
