Bridging Data to NetSuite

Chetu developed a custom SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) package that extracted data from various databases. We created a scheduler for the SSIS packages to run on-demand and in real-time to extract data and load it into the centralized database.

Subsequently, we used SuiteTalk APIs in NetSuite to pull and map data from the bridge database into NetSuite to report and create dashboards.

Additionally, Chetu had to account for legacy data and invoicing systems. To do so, a console application was created to map the updated NetSuite records back to the SQL database.

The console analyzes and tracks the ETL execution and flags updated records. Users will get an email notification for duplicate or invalid invoices and data.

SpitFire Integration

Chetu created a custom web application to integrate data with SpitFire dialer, a third-party call management system. This application retrieves data from the SQL database via an advanced search functionality.

The custom functionality allows Napoli to fetch and augment their data that is simultaneously tracked and updated in the local database.
