Policy

• Our procurement team will actively seek and consider vendors from underrepresented groups, including minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, and LGBTQ+-owned businesses.
• Vendor selection will continue to emphasize the qualifications, products, and services the vendor is offering, while integrating our goals for diversity. All potential vendors will undergo the same rigorous evaluation to ensure quality and alignment with company needs.
• When able, we will partner with diversity-certified organizations and databases to identify qualified vendors from a variety of backgrounds.
• Where possible, we will support mentorship and capacity-building programs for small or emerging diverse suppliers to further their success and enable future collaboration.
