Let's Talk!
Our team of engineers improve Java project comprehension and management through the use of Apache Maven. We do this by writing and expanding on Maven's suite of plugins, manage each Java build with Maven, and seamlessly migrate to new Maven versions, taking advantage of new features and updated plugins in Maven along the way.
In order to make Maven's Java project management work for a given build, we engineer new Maven plugins to extend Maven's functionality. These plugins contain one or more Mojos, or Maven Plain Old Java Objects. These plugins are usually coded in Java, but can also be written using another scripting language with the same basic requirements.
We manage any enterprise-class Java project using Maven's POM (project object model), following industry best practices. This ensures that the project's build is uniform, there is detailed information about the project, and the project is managed on a straightforward basis. We also manage the project’s dependencies through Maven’s automatic updating feature.
Whenever a new version of Maven is released, our team upgrades to the latest version easily, and because Maven needs little configuration, any built-in or custom Chetu-developed plugins are updated at the same time to take advantage of any new features in the latest version of Maven. Any new libraries and metadata can be taken advantage of as they are released.
