CHETU HOSTS 11TH ANNUAL CORPORATE TRAINING SUMMIT

Employees converged in Ft. Lauderdale for 3.5 days of Training and Strategy Planning

Plantation, Fla. (January 23rd, 2017) – The Florida-based software development firm, Chetu Inc. recently concluded its largest-ever annual Corporate Training Summit. Over 100 employees from around the world flew to Fort Lauderdale, Florida for 4 days of leadership, sales, and marketing training. Teams also worked together in breakout sessions designed to help outline their goals and strategies for 2017.

"I'm glad we're able to have this time together before the 2017 sales season starts," said Michael Dunbar, Corporate Sales Trainer at Chetu, "It's important that we're able to sit down face-to-face as a team, and make sure that everyone is on the same page in terms of our goals for the year, as well as the strategies we'll use to get there. There's also the value of having all the teams see and understand exactly how all of the worldwide offices operate and interact with one another. Knowing the whole picture, the team can better explain to clients how Chetu will be able to service their needs."

Having recently joined Chetu and redeveloped the company's sales training process, Mr. Dunbar led sales and leadership workshops during the summit, bringing the sales team up-to-speed on the latest company processes and policies.

In addition to training workshops, team-building activities were held, including the company's second annual "Chetu's Got Talent" competition. The summit concluded with Chetu's annual company dinner party, a black-tie event featuring a DJ competition between amateur DJ's from Chetu's staff.
