Accelerating Expansion and Globalization through Virtual Training

Chetu new members After completing an intensive 2-week sales training seminar, Chetu is pleased to welcome the NewHOT-9 Class into the Chetu family. This sales class includes eight new sales team members and represents Chetu’s first virtual class. Although, they are the 9th class to undergo Chetu’s training program, they were given the opportunity to pilot the exclusively online course.

Chetu, an award-winning custom software development company headquartered in Plantation, FL, has grown tremendously over its past 19 years of business. During early 2018, Chetu launched an accelerated sales training course to rapidly onboard new account managers, a strategic move intended to simultaneously standardize approach and ignite new business.

In Chetu’s highly globalized environment, in-person training sessions became archaic, as most team members work remotely from all corners of the world. To better address the demands of a global workforce, Michael Dunbar, Director of Sales Enablement, transitioned Chetu’s training program to a virtual classroom setting.

The virtual classroom combines high-quality video streaming, presentations jam-packed with sales enablement material, and open discussions to capture the energy of face-to-face learning and deliver the same impact.

Chetu’s plans to further refine the virtual classroom when they relocate to their new state-of-the-art headquarters, the University Professional Center, in early June 2019. The build represents 63,600 square-feet of contiguous space, a modern hub for technological excellence and a platform of continuous growth. The University Professional Center has several conference rooms outfitted with cutting-edge technology to assuage the challenges associated with remote training and collaboration.
