As a leading auto parts manufacturer in Guadalajara, Mexico, Ciosa AutoTodo specializes in three main product lines for customers across LATAM. More specifically, the company operates as a B2B eCommerce platform, with 26 distribution centers in Mexico and four abroad. Their bread and butter lies in online sales. Despite that, the platform has faced several challenges and was looking for a "good software partner" that "demonstrates maturity and a high level of experience with managing software.” This is precisely what they found in Chetu when they searched for a developer online.
Now, with several pain points such as integration inefficiencies, performance issues, and an outdated UI and UX, our client looked towards personalized software solutions as their established workflows and needs would not be met by third-party off-the-shelf solutions.
As part of the nature of a custom solution, our developers conducted a comprehensive analysis of the company's database structure, user workflows, and, of course, their application's architecture. The revamped platform has led to faster order processing and payment workflows, a simpler and streamlined UI and UX, and various key processes have been automated, among other things. Our partnership and work with Hector and Ciosa AutoTodo have placed them in the position of sustainability for the future within the auto parts industry.
