Project Solution
Chetu originally developed LISEGA's cross-platform mobile application using Xamarin. As platform requirements evolved and Xamarin reached end of support, Chetu's later work included moving the application toward .NET MAUI, addressing Android compatibility and Google service changes, updating content, and supporting additional functionality.
Client’s Overview
LISEGA Group provides engineered pipe support systems and hangers for complex power, petrochemical, LNG, solar, and related plant applications. Customers and field users need access to technical specifications, installation guidance, product-selection information, and support when evaluating spring hangers and related components.
LISEGA needed a mobile application where users could enter operating requirements to identify suitable spring hangers, submit cases with problem descriptions, and request technical assistance. The solution also needed to help LISEGA teams review customer requirements, recommend relevant products, and respond through the established quotation and support workflow.
The Project
LISEGA partnered with Chetu to develop a cross-platform mobile application that gives customers and field users digital access to pipe support selection, product information, technical assistance, quotation requests, and support resources across iOS and Android devices.
The original application was developed with Xamarin for cross-platform delivery across iOS and Android. As platform requirements evolved, Chetu continued supporting the application through functional enhancements, content updates, compatibility work, and migration toward .NET MAUI using C# and Microsoft Visual Studio 2022. Testing and deployment workflows included Android devices, iOS devices, TestFlight, and Diawi.
The Approach
Chetu developed a cross-platform mobile application that gives LISEGA customers and field users access to pipe support products, technical information, quotation workflows, and support resources across supported mobile devices.
The original application, built using Xamarin Forms and Microsoft Visual Studio, enabled users to identify suitable spring hangers and pipe support solutions based on operating load and travel requirements. It also supported competitor product matching, quote requests, and access to technical guidance for product selection and installation.
Chetu implemented functionality that allows users to submit field issues directly to LISEGA for technical assistance while accessing installation guidance, product documentation, regional contacts, and field-service resources through the application. Cross-platform development and device testing supported a consistent experience across the targeted mobile environments.
