The Client found that Oracle NetSuite’s ERP system was the perfect solution to enhance their legal data management system with robust customization, scalability and management of large data sets.

However, The Client IT department did not have the bandwidth to undertake a complete platform implementation and data migration.

Enhancement: Data is Bridged to a Centralized ERP

Chetu integrated multiple data sets to the NetSuite ERP which built a bridge connecting different client databases to pull field data from each other. Our developers then created APIs in NetSuite and other applications to pull data from the bridge database and display it on the UI.

Once the bridge database was setup the developers mapped the data to the NetSuite software to be used on a reporting dashboard.

Our developers programmed and configured the SSIS package to transform and load various field data into one bridge database. The developers ran the SSIS package solution in real time and based on scheduling. Then analyzed and track the ETL (SSIS packages) execution and operation performed during data transfer and operation. A map setup bridge database was created in the NetSuite software to add/update new clients to NetSuite.

To upload the invoices to NetSuite we created the SSIS package and console application received from the client. The SSIS package can be run using SSMS. The user will get the email notification for duplicate or invalid invoices. The console application was created to update the NetSuite mapping tables and setup the database objects to bridge the legacy system with the new NetSuite platform.
