The client is a mortgage field services company with 30+ years of experience in the mortgage industry. They provide services in all 50 states in the U.S. and offer a variety of mortgage field services including several types of property inspections, delinquency interviews, property preservation, REO clean out, property rehab, and repair services.
The objective of the project was to develop and integrate a two-way pull and push WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) web service to integrate with Pruvan API. The Pruvan mobile application would be installed on the field officers' mobile devices to give them the ability to view assigned projects and work items. Field officers would then be able to collect information and upload collected data directly to the Pruvan server via their mobile devices. The client also needed to be able to upload existing projects and work orders from their database directly to the Pruvan server.
