A mortgage lending solutions provider faced challenges in streamlining its resource-intensive credit evaluation processes, which intervened with the organization's operations.

This led to constrictive delays, significant errors, and increasingly high operational costs.

Our team identified an overreliance on manual interventions as the lead cause for these challenges, developing a single-page application portal and an on-demand order re-verification page to automate its processes by integrating with Ice Mortgage Encompass and MeridianLink's SmartAPI.

Moreover, we implemented an automated workflow that would allow verification orders to be placed from backend without user intervention.
