The event takes place on September 20th through the 22nd at the JW Marriott located in the beautiful and historic 2nd street district in downtown Austin at 110 East 2nd Street.
The NAPBS is an international organization that provides resources for professional background and screening firms. NAPBS is the recognized source of industry standards and best practices for background screening professionals worldwide.
The conference will include over 40 exhibitors whose collective goals are to promote ethical business practices, compliance with the FCRA, equal employment opportunity plus state and international consumer protection laws relating to the background screening profession.
Contemporary topics to be covered at the conference include employment legislation, worldwide background screening, cloud computing and software security. These topics will be presented by experts in the fields of law, drug and background checks as well as professionals in the technological fields.
