Chetu's training week included an offsite team building competition at the Coral Springs Country Club on December 4th. This carnival themed event featured seven teams, comprised of members in each industry vertical who competed in standard carnival games including ring toss, wheel spin, balloon darts and basketball shootout to earn tickets and prizes. The event promoted comradery and solidarity as employees ate BBQ styled food, listened to music, and played games. The night wrapped up with a Chetu's Got Talent" segment where team members demonstrated their special talents for the group. The winners of this event were team members from the Healthcare and Retail verticals.
On December 6th employees attended the annual holiday party. Employees were shuttled to Bal Harbour, in North Miami Beach, to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The lavish affair included a DJ and a delicious buffet style dinner. Employees were encouraged to get acquainted with other members of the Chetu family while enjoying reprieve from the intensive training of the workshops.
"With the growth of our company and addition of new employees in the past year, this was a nice opportunity to get the Chetu family together to hone our skills and be rewarded for a year of hard work," stated Atal Bansal, CEO of Chetu. "All in all the 2014 training event was a huge success."
