Plantation, Fla. (December 6th, 2017) – Chetu Inc., a software development firm headquartered in Broward County, volunteered to present during a Broward County School event, TechGateway Day; an opportunity for young scholars to engage with leaders in software and technology. Information technology advocates have organized an entire day to promote tech awareness in support of the digital revolution. Chetu's Assistant Vice President of Operations, Pravin Vazirani, visited Sunrise Middle School to deliver a presentation in support of this educational initiative.
Chetu welcomes opportunities to molding the minds of todays youth, evoking IT awareness within the South Florida area. As human interaction and every day transactions become increasingly digital we must match this escalation with an influx of computer science and technology expertise, and the only way to build this resource is from the ground up.
"It's never too early to delve into code, laying the foundations for a successful future in computer science, "states Pravin Vazirani, AVP at Chetu, Inc. "Students are well-served learning the basics now, and evolving with trends as they continue to emerge."
TechGateway Day aims to introduce students to possible career paths, creating a dialogue between the experts and the future experts. Through a deepened understanding of work culture, more students will feel compelled to pursue technology degrees. As these students graduate with degrees in computer science, they will be responsible for reaching new technological milestones in South Florida. Chetu is eager to see how these young minds develop and progress, overcoming hurdles past generations have yet to triumph over.
