Revolutionizing Franchise Lead Management: Enhancing Efficiency and Effectiveness in the Digital Era

This client works in the franchise industry and aims to be the leading online resource for franchise opportunities and the knowledge center of choice for anyone seeking information on the franchise industry. They aim to provide a reliable, authoritative platform where entrepreneurs can connect with franchisors seeking investors.

This client approached Chetu to provide a lead follow-up service to their clients. Phase 1 refers to the leads provided by our client, and phase 2 refers to any leads their clients can provide. The client will provide an automated service to follow up on leads via email or SMS.

The Approach

The client is a business platform whose initial project requirement was to deal with some small Jira tickets. The Customer can fill out the inquiry form for any franchise, which will generate leads where the sales team can follow up with details. We analyzed the JIRA tasks and debugged the application. We amended the bug in the testimonials appearing out of place on the mobile platform. We fixed the text on the banner image as it did not match the editing box. We removed the old GA code and fixed the issue with events as the date range crossed into two months. We tested the fixed issue using web UI and created the check-in code repository after the QA review.

We created a separate branch for each JIRA ticket and used a specific management approach. Each JIRA item has a branch titled “FD-XXXX” for accessible identification.

How it Works

A user will open our client’s website and browse any available franchise. They will click on the Request Free Info button, fill out the form, and click on the submit button. This data is stored in the database and sent to the sales team so that they can follow up with the user.

The Customer Facing portal is used by the end user to register, pursue leads for their business, or register as a franchise.

The Admin panel is used to manage various parts of the application, including administrating and creating franchise advertisement pages on the web application, attracting potential customers, and managing various parts of the application.
