Our client is a bail bond company that serves all Colorado jails on a 24/7 notice, ensuring quick response times. Their company offers the lowest rates and flexible payment plans to assist clients in securing the release of their loved ones.
This client approached Chetu to perform multiple integrations for their previous business process. Their priority was to create an AI-enabled virtual assistant to automate communication and to take actions after AI-powered decision-making. Their goal was to streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and drive efficiency, all pillars of hyperautomation.

First, we identified that the organization was utilizing a CRM platform developed using GoHighLevel, and a third-party application, Simply Bail. Our developers determined that future development efforts would focus on integrating these systems to enable seamless data flow and unified process management.
The backend was developed using PostgreSQL for structured data storage and API endpoints to manage voice data processing, agent dashboard functions, and system configurations. The voice engine and internal dashboards securely authenticated and consumed the APIs.
For the voice interface, we implemented a natural language processing engine capable of parsing caller input, validating responses, and guiding users through a step-by-step information intake process.
We created a secure agent dashboard that reviews collected data, manages lead follow-ups, and configures system variables. From there, we integrated eSignature and digital contract tools, as well as a payment gateway for bail payment and fee handling.
